2 Corinthians 4:1-5 NKJV

1 Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. 2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. 3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. 5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus' sake.

Just a note…

The information on this site is given in the sincerest desire to reach the truth within Christianity. I have no formal training or degree. I am not beholding to anyone. I am not seeking any form of compensation. I am only interested in finding the correct path for which my personal Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ set down for me to follow, with His blood I might add. It is the same endeavor set down by so many before me. I had a turbulent childhood that landed me on the wrong side of the fence, so to speak, and forced me to begin asking the supposedly tough questions. How did I come to be? Why am I here? What is the meaning of life really? Is there really true justice? Those kinds of questions.

Friends and family have asked, for some time now, to know more of what I have uncovered in my studies over the past thirty plus years. That is all this is about. I find that today’s Christianity is so hypocritical, judgmental, and down right deceptive and bearing almost no resemblance of the Christianity of Christ’s time as laid down by the Apostles. There is a truth. (John 4:24) There is a way. (Matthew 7:14) That is the path I seek.

The Christ, Jesus, set down a map for all who are willing, and I know not all are willing, to follow. He came to a people, because of a man, and gave that map to a select few, that they might distribute copies in order that none would be lost. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of being lost. I long to be found. And if that offends some, it is not my intention, but so be it.

That is what freedom is about. The right to say what you think is right. I think others are smart enough to choose whether or not they feel there is any validity in what someone else says. If there is, great. Take it to heart. If there isn’t, throw it away. (Cf. 1 Thessalonians 5:21; Acts 17:11) Or at least that is the way it should be.

About us

Just a few searching for truth. We are a home assembly that also fellowships with a couple of very small churches that have the right heart for God. We feel not many in today's modern 'big' churches do. So we do support the Home Church Movement.

This site was originally intended for family and friends to more easily see what we are doing. But there may be others as well. So we might actually one day turn this into a "real" website?
